Refund policy

Returns

For change of mind, items can be returned within 30 days from receipt of goods (ie. delivery of your order or collection of your order). Items must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Special ordered items and items on sale or clearance are firm sale and cannot be returned for change of mind.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved and the goods have been returned within 14 days of receipt of your order, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refunds

A refund will be given on items returned within 14 days of receipt of goods. After 14 days of receipt of goods, a store-credit will be issued and will be valid 12 months. 

In-store credit

If returning goods between 14-30 days of receipt of goods, you will be issued a store credit, which will be valid for 12 months from the date of the return.  

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
