Returns
For change of mind, items can be returned within 90 days from receipt of goods. Items must be returned in perfect, resaleable condition. A refund will only be given on items returned within 14 days of receipt of goods. After 14 days of receipt of goods, a store-credit will be issued and will be valid 12 months. Special ordered items are firm sale and cannot be returned for change of mind.

AUTHOR: Australian author Krista Bell won her first writing award aged eight, but more recently was shortlisted for the NSW Premier's History Awards with Lofty's Mission. Although Krista's family had ducks as pets for many years, it was an inspirational trip to China that gave her the idea for her 23rd book, Peeking Ducks.
ILLUSTRATOR: Sally Rippin spent three years in China studying traditional Chinese painting. She has written and illustrated over thirty books, many of them award-winning. Sally and her family live in Melbourne near Merri Creek where they often wander looking for ducks. They have spotted lots of brown speckly ones, but no Peeking ducks yet.
