For change of mind, items can be returned within 90 days from receipt of goods. Items must be returned in perfect, resaleable condition. A refund will only be given on items returned within 14 days of receipt of goods. After 14 days of receipt of goods, a store-credit will be issued and will be valid 12 months. Special ordered items are firm sale and cannot be returned for change of mind.

The Original 'The Pencil Grip' is one of the first and most popular grips available. It was designed by educational therapist Dr Lois Provda. 'The Pencil Grip' has a large, soft (not hard plastic) comfortable grip which helps position fingers and maintain an open webspace in the hand. Suitable for both left and right handers, simply place your thumb on the 'R' or 'L' on the grip and your fingers naturally fall into place. This is the pencil grip that solves many problems just because it comfortably supports fingers in the optimal position for easy writing. It used to be called 'The Comfort Grip'!
